The Trade in Plus application helps you diagnose and value your smartphone accurately and easily exchange it at participating stores.

Here are the steps to use this application:

• Please visit your favorite stores participating in the trade-in / exchange program using Trade in Plus.
• Download the application on the smartphone you want to exchange.
• Before running the application, ensure that the smartphone is in normal condition and connected to the internet (mobile network/mobile data); Wifi cannot be used to run this application.
• Click Start, and the application will automatically start the diagnostic process; follow the steps in the application until the price (valuation) of your smartphone appears.
• You are also entitled to several attractive benefits if you exchange with Trade in Plus.
• To proceed with the transaction, please visit a mobile phone store participating in the Trade-In/Trade-In Exchange program.
